Over 38 years of experience in Power Plant domain. Worked in organizations such as BHEL, MHI- Japan, IDEA, Avant - Grade Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Aquatherm Engg Consultants, SM Chem Power Engg Pvt. Ltd.

Responsible for handling various Power Projects Start Up Commissioning and Performance Testing of Industrial Steam Generators, Captive Power Plant in Sugar, Pulp, Paper, Fertilizer Steel, and Thermal Power Plant up to 660 MW.

Passion towards relocation, refurbishment of boilers with improved performance. Evaluated and established improved fuel firing systems for various fuels such as HSD, FO, Natural Gas & Bio Mass. Due diligence services offered up to 600MW.

Ravi Rajappan - Director Business Development

Experience: 37 years in Power and Textile Sector. Started his career in the year 1980 with Govt. of Tamil Nadu, India as Assistant Engineer in Public Works Department.

Later joined Cethar Group, Trichy (Engineering and Power sector) as a Senior Engineer. In 10 years period, grew up significantly to uplift the company's turnover to USD 10 Million.

Travelled extensively to countries like USA, Europe, South East Asia and Middle East for business development and acquired great deal of exposure in International Marketing.

Involved in the design and implementation of more than 52 standalone solar photovoltaic power plant of varying capacities since 2010. Developed standalone wind-solar hybrid systems, which were tested and approved by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, India
